gute vegane Optionen - Edit
Das Essen war relativ gut, es waren mehrere vegane Optionen verfügbar. Außerdem war das Restaurant und die Speisekarte sehr ansprechend designt. Leider war das Essen für meine Verhältnisse mittelmäßiges Niveau, es war leider wenig besonders. Die Vorspeisen: Edamame & Frühlingsrollen waren frisch und sehr gut, die Hauptspeisen: Tantanmen Ramen & Vorral Vegan Yakisoba (äußerst gutes veganes chicken) waren ausbaufähig und wenig geschmackvoll. Trotzdem wurde mit frischen Zutaten gearbeitet und es hat uns gemundet und war im Allgemeinen solide gut.

Es lohnt sich.. - Edit
Es war nicht das beste Ramen, was ich je gegessen habe. Aber es war sehr gut und genauso wie das Schokoladenkuchendessert (köstlich) qualitativ. Vom Essen mal abgesehen hat der liebe Pablo dafür gesorgt, dass man sich als Gast wohlfühlt.

Very good range of tasty vegan options - Edit
I'd say this restaurant of the UDON franchise has much more vegan choices than all the others I've been to. They even have a amazing vegan dessert, a vegan coulant au chocolat which is really, really good. Would totally recommend.

Está todo súper bien indicado en la carta, hay opción vegana de prácticamente todo. La comida está muy rica y el local no puede estar mejor situado; pegado a la catedral y justo en el paseo del río.

the place is nice, with an open kitchen and friendly staff. The food amazed us, very tasty! There are three or four main course options and several starters, all clearly marked on the menu.

He comido udon de verduras y un dulce. El precio es bastante bueno. Hay algunas opciones vegetarianas pero no muchas.
