Such a winner

This is the third location of Uco, and no wonder they are doing well on the island: the quality and the taste of their goods is outstanding. I love sourdough per se, but with combinations like purple corn, pistachios and dates or carob and walnuts, Uco takes their loaves to the next level. I’m happy that over time they also introduced a sweet plant based option to their offer - and predictably, the chocolate tahini muffin is amazing.
