Leckeres korsisches Essen

Hatte auch die Auberginen, sehr lecker und man wird auch davon satt. Der Parmesan wird „extra“ gereicht, trotz meinem Hinweis dass ich ihn nicht möchte. Habe nicht diskutiert. Generell sehr freundlich!

Aubergine with chestnuts

Glad to find a veg typical dish. Took that and also some fried zucchini (like italian gnocco fritto with zucchini).

For vegan: they confuse vegan and vegetarian so the dish is served with parmigiano even if on the side. Also the verde salad has a sauce that I'm pretty sure is not vegan.
