Yummy food and nice people - Edit
A great place to grab a quick bite. There's shady outside seating. Salta means aubergine/egg plant - and it is a choice between that or falafel - the concept of mixing them seems unknown. Must try harder next time I'm in Prague, as I'd like both.
These are some of the best falafel I've ever had. A small was generous and enough for a meal.
Pros: tasty, friendly, fast
Cons: no indoor eating

Amazing falafel sandwich - Edit
You gotta try this place. I was so sad that I found this place on my last day. Amazing falafel sandwich, all homemade from scratch. Loved the fluffy pita bread.
Pros: Heavenly awesome food
Cons: Cash only

Fantastic falafel, scrumptious satla - Edit
This place is phenomenal.
I came here twice in the same day, and both times I had the satla (eggplant) + falafel mixed sandwich. Every element of the dish was just perfect.
The pita is made by the owner's friend according to a traditional recipe. Unlike some pitas that are dry and flavorless, this one was soft and pillowy and immediately set this sandwich apart from others.
After slicing the top off the pita, the owner carefully layered falafel, eggplant slivers, sauce, and veggies into the pita, creating an overflowing mountain of goodness. The sandwich took a bit of time to construct, but it is a testament to the meticulousness and care that they put into their food. All of the flavors and textures came together in perfect harmony.
This is the best falafel that I can remember eating in recent memory. Also, I had never tried satla before, but I'll certainly be on the lookout for this delicious treat from now on!
Pros: Great falafel/satla, Amazing pita, Nice people
