Amazing place with progressive views

Definitely try it in izmir. Amazing people with progressive views. They also host groups and small political events.
Cozy atmosphere with seats in the front and also in a small backyard

Nice ambiance, love that place

I only took a turkish coffee but I really loved the vibe. So cool to see a queer vegan place in Izmir. The coffee was really good.

We have been starving for good vegan food while traveling via cruise ship. This place saved us! The food is made fresh and it was delicious!

Pros: Fresh food, Outdoor patio, Friendly service

Great experience!

I love everything about Tyke. The people working here are great, there is a gender neutral restroom, solidarity stands with prisoners, artists, and sex workers. The place provides an overall summary of local movements and struggles.

We had fellah köftesi along with two falafels, they were tasty and pretty affordable.

Cold brew coffee and homemade lemonade are a must try!

Not a cafe, still a good ideological space

I don't think this place is treated like a cafe by the locals, and for a good reason: sometimes they have only one position available from an already tiny menu, and even that position has but a half of usual ingredients. One day you can order a salad and get an amazing plate full of flavor with hummus and falafel on the side, while next time it's just leaves, carrots and a few slices of marinated cucumber.

I think it's more of a studying/ drinking tea/ discussing politics kind of space. Giving it a bonus star for all the symbols and posters they display and zines they offer.

Pros: pro-LGBTQ+ and other things that matter

Cons: quality varies a lot, 1-6 positions on the menu

Cosy vegan cafe

Very cosy place, almost feels like home. They do not have many options but the falafel was really good. I will definitely go back!

Pros: All vegan, Cosy, Suitable for studying, reading

Cons: Limited options

Like home

Small place in the back streets of Alsancak. Very good fallafel but you wanna go there for a drink and spend time thinking, studying or reading.
