I think here every taste finds something ;)
Some things are also gluten free. There were so bars of nut and probably date which reminded me very much of RawBite (only unpackaged jey).
From the sweetness I found it also well chosen.
And price-wise I find it also fully in order.
In Belgium it costs about 40€ to have a cake of 8-10 pieces made ~ and there you have only one variety.
Here I can put together a colorful palette and come out even almost cheaper. Some cakes are charged by the kilogram ~ so there are no unfair pieces :)
The helper did not speak English, but we were lucky ~ because the owner came who spoke very good English.
I don't know if some ingredients are also organic (that would be great of course) ~ in the store you could also buy organic nougat cream and tea.

Small bakery just to pick up/delivery. Staff super friendly. It’s all vegan! They also have some plant based milk and chocolates to buy.

Seriously. If you're looking for vegan baked treats in Bilbao, don't miss this place. I've lived here for several months, and just discovered this spot. Can't believe I missed it for so long. Wow!

Lo descubrimos en el último momento antes de irnos de Bilbao y menos mal. Hemos probado la trata de zanahoria y la de plátano y cacahuate, además de las galletas de avena y coco. Puedo decir que la tarta de zanahoria es de las mejores que he probado hasta el momento y la de plátano y cacahuate también estaba súper rica. Sin duda, volveremos a pasarnos por ahí.

Muy buena esta pastelería en pleno Bilbao. Fui por recomendación de una amiga y, además de ser preciosa por fuera y por dentro, los dulces están muy sabrosos sin llegar a ser empalagosos. Se nota que todo es artesanal y hecho con mucho tiento, algo que en estos tiempos de prisa y carreras, se valora mucho más. Best option in Bilbao for vegan treats - Edit
I tried 4 cakes from them, some of them were GF and sugar-free if you happen to be into that. One of them was mediocre but considering it was the unsweetened option, I don't hold that against it.
Read moreTheir signature cake (Txarloska) is something you've gotta try for yourself, you don't find cake that good and out of the usual cakes in the vegan world that often. Their chocolate mousse and carrot cake were excellent too: moist, fluffy, sweet, decadent and full of flavor.
They were nice and helped us order, and the prices were fair for the quality and portion size. Fully recommended.

I haven't had time to try all of their cakes, but what I've tried is delicious! I recommend trying their signature cake: Txarloska. The (I assume) owner of the place recommended us which cakes to try and he really was spot on!

We’ve tried the carrot cake and txarloska so far, and both were delicious. The carrot cake actually has cream cheese frosting (not whipped cream, like another bakery in Bilbao), and the texture is wonderful. The namesake cake is reminiscent of an apple crumble. Super reasonable - 3 slices, plus a brownie and a blonde, for around 15€. I only wish you could sit down and eat it there - but the owner let us know that his friend at the Beetle Bar would be fine with us having a coffee there with our cakes. ;)
