Wouldn’t be my first choice - Edit
Their vegan poké bowl was €20 and was just rice, mixed vegetables (cabbage, carrots, cucumber), edamame and onion flakes. Tasted fine, but some tofu wouldn’t be hard to add!

Their veggie bento has salmon... - Edit
After roaming for one hour (!) In the Schiphol airport looking for some vegan food, I arrived in the food court where "Two Tigers" is. You have to take an escalator, it's not easy to find.
Read moreThey have a "veggie" bento with salmon. They also have a microscopic veggie bowl for 21 euros but honestly I didn't want to risk it not being vegan..
Instead I found some vegan nuggets (marked vegan) in the Burger King behind, and surprisingly the whole Burger King is vegetarian. I was not convinced about giving my money to this chain (and it's the first time in my 10 years being vegan), but I confess I did it. The decision was not easy. I'm surprised there aren't more vegan options in this airport.

Vegan pokibowl before flying - Edit
They had 2 vegan options; avokado maki and vegan pokibowl. I went pokibowl and it was ok. I hoped they would have tofu as a protine topping, but they had edamame beans instead (which is a better protine source, so can't be mad about that). The avokado was old and brown.
