Fresh ingredients and a willingness to accommodate vegans - Edit
There aren’t many vegan options in Concord, NC, so I was thrilled to find this place. I am obsessed with their Veggie Delight sandwich. It is a perfect combination of greens, beets, potato, and other veggies on wholegrain bread. You have to hold the cheese and the sauce, but they recommend substituting with the cilantro lime dressing (this does contain honey). My husband loved their house made veggie burger and waffle cut sweet potato fries. If you are in concord, please support this charming spot!
