Serves meat, vegan options available. Taco truck offering two kinds of tacos: meat and vegan. The vegan option may vary, and might be a spiced potato and poblano mixture served with rainbow slaw, avocado, and hot sauce. Guacamole and salsa fresca are made in-house. As of summer 2018 it's parked at Caras Park in downtown Wed 11am-2pm, at the People's Market in downtown on Sat 9am-1pm, and at Western Cider Thur 5-8pm - check its webpage for location changes and updates. Take-out only. Confirmed permanently closed March 2021.

Excellent vegan option at "Out to Lunch" in Missoula! - Edit
Yesterday I went to "out to lunch" in Caras Park with some friends, and we were looking if there were any new vegan options, and lo and behold, we found Two Crows Tacos!!! I tentatively asked the man behind the counter if they had any vegan options, and he proudly and cheerfully told me that they had two types of tacos - meat and vegan - and that he and the girl behind the counter were both vegan themselves! What a find! The poblano-potato tacos were tasty, although not that spicy. I really liked their homemade guac, which I got as part of a "taco meal." In all, so cool that this food truck is half vegan, and that the co-owners are vegan too!
