A great option for lunch or take-out pizza - Edit
This Two Boots location is conveniently located and offers quick service for the lunch crowd. Earth Mother and V is for Vegan are two options available by the slice. They are able to accommodate gluten-free as well (dough is vegan) but you need to order by the pizza.
This is a go-to when I need a quick pizza fix!
Pros: Convenient, Friendly staff, Affordable

VEGAN PIZZA BY THE SLICE!! - Edit
This is a little gem a couple of blocks from Grand Central Station. VERY friendly staff and DELICIOUS pizza. They have vegan pizza by the slice AND can make a white vegan pizza with vegan ricotta! WHAT?!? Loved it!
Pros: by the slice, reasonable prices
Cons: no booze

Five vegan pies on the menu! - Edit
Two Boots is a pizzeria chain with locations throughout NYC and beyond. This location is somewhat small (two bar tables with six stools each and four arm chairs around a low table) so it's not great for large groups. There's also not much ambiance so I wouldn't necessarily recommend this spot for a romantic date. However, the pizzas are top-notch. There are two vegan pies on the menu ("V for Vegan" and "Earth Mother") that are also available by the slice with three other pizzas that are marked as being veganizable on the menu ("Larry Tate," "Mel Cooley," and "Night Tripper"). There are some fun sodas for sale, too. The staff is friendly and can be chatty, depending on who you get. The pizzas come out quickly and leftovers reheat well. The prices are a little steep but nothing outrageous for the neighborhood.
Pros: Vegan pizza, Friendly staff
Cons: Small dining area
