Great Vegan Options - Edit
Decided to come here for brunch with my (Omni) family. They had multiple vegan options on the menu and the scrambler was great. Family said all of their food was also good. Good atmosphere, decent parking, and a friendly and knowledgeable bartender.

Decided to stop in for lunch while on a road trip. "The Dangerous" was probably one of the best tiki cocktails I've ever had. Lots of vegan options, most based around the impossible burger or their vegan cheese. Had a vegan special of impossible burger added to the vegan cheese quesadilla! Excellent service, nothing but the best to say about them. Oh yeah, they also make in-house ice cream. It was delicious!

Great atmosphere and a full vegan menu available upon request. We tried the vegan quesadillas, Spaghetti Primavera with Meatballs, and the Impossible Steakhouse Burger. All highly recommended (the quesadilla was nothing crazy, but it's vegan cheese between crispy tortillas, so nothing to complain about)! Will definitely be going back to try the whole vegan menu!

Twist has a vegan menu that's available upon request. They have quite a few options from fried rice to grilled cheese to a burger. Great food, and creative! They changed their menu a while back and got rid of my favorite (beet burger), but I forgive them!

We were visiting Fargo and desparate for a vegan friendly restaurant. Twist was great for our non-vegan friends as well as vegan/gluten-free. Many options and experienced waitstaff. The restaurant itself is very nice, and the food is great. Good kitchen, good services, great menu!
