Outstanding! - Edit
Given how good the Twelvemonth restaurant is, it’s no surprise that their Bakehouse is also incredible. Sometimes my biggest dilemma is deciding between full brunch at the restaurant or just a coffee and pastry at the Bakehouse. Their scones are highly recommendable as well as the twice baked croissants. They also sell entire loaves of bread-pricy but worth it!
Read morePro tip: you can ask for the items For Here (they’re to-go by default). There are 2 small tables in the Bakehouse but if they’re full you may also sit and enjoy Twelvemonth’s patio while you enjoy your pastries and coffee
Pros: Good to have different savory and sweet options , Innovative flavors, Excellent coffee

Perfect croissant - Edit
This is the best vegan croissant I’ve had. The flaky/fluffy texture is right on the dot. Other pastries were outstanding as well. I will be coming back!

Update: After eating five different items from Twelvemonth, I can honestly say that this bakery has the best vegan baked goods/pastries I've ever had in my life. I'm not kidding.
Read moreI'm super sad that they don't have a store in New York City. 🥲
We had a cold brew coffee, a matcha latte, a cinnamon roll, and a pistacchio croissant. Everything tasted amazing! 😍

Got a few different pastries to go. They were fine, but I've had much better vegan pastries.

Sadly closed - Edit
I visited an hour before closing time on a non-holiday Friday and the doors were locked and place was empty. No indication as to why on the website.

Baked Goods Nirvana! - Edit
Whether you love savory or sweet baked goods, this all vegan spot is a must! Off the charts, crazy good! We went to town with the pepper bun, scallion scone, and twelve month rolls for savory. Then we got the cinnamon roll, citrus scone, and almond croissant for sweet. They boxed them separately, and omg they are all so good!

This bakery HITS everytime - Edit
I routinely come here couple times a month to pick up pastries for friends and family.
Read moreIt was my first time trying their iced caramel oat latte which was a nice treat, but their turtle cookies were unexpectedly good and super chocolatey, the chopped walnut on top were a nice touch.
Also got chocolate chip which is amazing, not too soft and definitely not hard. Just the right consistency.
The croissants are perfect: chocolate hazelnut, chocolate PB, sesame and strawberry which sounds so unique.
The donuts are light on the inside and crisp on the outside.
Pros: Friendly staff, Location, Creativity, frequent changes to offerings

Yaaasssss 🙌🏼 - Edit
When it comes to breakfast Burlingame is lacking vegan options. Thank god for Twelvemonth bakehouse. Delicious vegan pastries! Loved the savory scone the most but everything was 🤌🏼

I loved everything I tried here. It was just as good as their restaurant! The only con is that I wish the bakehouse was open more often with longer hours

Fantastic new vegan bakery in downtown Burlingame - Edit
We've been to the Twelve month Restaurant a few times and the bar a lot. This was our first visit to the Bakehouse. Lots of options available, grabbed some coffee, a faccacha and some lemon poppy cake. Everything was tasty and delicious. Pricing a little high, but that's Burlingame.

Amazing pastries - Edit
Bake House is awesome and everything I could have asked for in a bakery. We bought a wide selection of what they had to offer that day which included a twice baked almond, blueberry mint croissant, a peach danish, a plum danish, a focaccia with shishito peppers and shallots, a chocolate chip cookie, a snickerdoodle and an oatmeal cookie. All were delicious, but my favorites were the croissant and danishes. The ingredients they use taste so fresh and the flavors are perfect. The prices were reasonable, too. Each item was between $5 and $7. It’s great to have a vegan pastry shop in town and you can’t tell it’s vegan because they have done such an amazing job. I will be going here way too often!

Vegan baked goods - Edit
Wonderful vegan baked good such as danishes, croissants, focaccia, and cookies. The flavors are creative and not too sweet. The danishes and croissants have a nice flaky texture. The prices are reasonable for a high quality bakery in the Bay Area. The interior design of the shop is stunning.
