You have to try Saijiki!!! - Edit
Everything was so flavourful! We got the vinegar soup, wonton soup, mapo tofu, Chinese fried noodles, mix veg and chicken drumsticks. It was all delicious! Highly recommend and so sad that we weren't able to go again.

Full vegan menu with many options. Had a great lunch and dinner here, and would definitely return. I was happy to find this in the neighborhood!

Taiwan is one of the countries with the most developed vegetarian cuisine, with about 13% of the population being vegetarian.

SAIJIKI has a nice atmosphere and more than half of the customers were foreign travelers.
The foods are all "Pure Su" or 100% vegan.
In terms of seasoning, I was relieved to find that I could hardly taste any chemical flavor enhancers.
Taiwanese Tofu → I would like to eat this every day!
Soup → The taste is lighter than in Japan, but once you get used to it, you may prefer this one...(^-^)
Croquette → The mustard spices up the croquette perfectly!
Vegan Ru-Meat Rice → Sweet taste of shiitake mushrooms is good. There is also spicy red oil to your liking.
You will feel a sense of peace, or a kind of satisfaction after eating vegan meal.
Of course, it is 100% good for your body, so why not go there on a day when your stomach is tired?

台灣是素食最發達的國家之一，約有13%的人口是素食。
很多菜都是利用豆腐和蔬菜的原味，我比較喜歡這種味道。
SAIJIKI的氣氛很好，一半以上的顧客是外國旅行者。
食物都是 "純素 "或100%素食。
在調料方面，我發現幾乎嘗不到任何化學增味劑的味道，這讓我鬆了一口氣。
台灣豆腐 → 我想每天都吃這個!
湯 → 味道比日本淡，但一旦你習慣了，你可能會更喜歡這個...(^-^)
炸肉餅 → 芥末對炸肉餅的調料非常好!
素食魯肉飯 → 香菇的甜味很好。還有辛辣的紅油，符合你的口味。
吃完素食飯後，你會有一種平靜的感覺，或者說是一種滿足感。
當然，它對你的身體是百分之百的好，所以在你的肚子累的時候去那裡好吧。

台湾は人口の13%程度がベジタリアンということで、菜食料理が最も発展している国のひとつです。
豆腐や野菜を使った素材を活かす料理が多く、自分の好みです。
SAIJIKIさんは店の雰囲気もよく、外国人のお客さんが半数を超えていました。
「純素」つまりヴィーガン対応です。
味付け的にも、うまみ調味料の味はほとんど感じられなくて安心しました。
台湾豆腐 → これは毎日たべたいですね～
スープ → 日本よりも淡い味で、慣れるとこっちのほうがいいかも・・・(^-^)
コロッケ → マスタードが絶妙なスパイス！
魯素肉飯 → しいたけの甘みが良い。お好みでラー油もあり
素食は、食べたあとに平和な感覚といいますか、不思議な満足感が感じられますよ(＾▽＾)
もちろん体にも100%良いので、胃腸が疲れた日に行ってみてはどうでしょうか。

Casual lunch place, great & speedy service. The food’s tasty, and the prices super reasonable. Limited seating available, the place was almost full when we visited!

If you’re in the area and looking for good food, look no further! They have so many dishes (rice, noodles, sides etc.) that we ended up ordering way to much and everything was exceptionally tasty! Nice atmosphere too!

I had the Mapo tofu noodles, and the crispy fried vegan chicken drumsticks. Both were tasty, the drumsticks reminded me of a croquette but they were good. The machine you order and pay upfront with was easy to use and convenient. They brought my food out quickly and one thing to note is there’s no long queue to get in like many other vegan places here. It’s very explicitly vegan which always gives a sense of comfort, especially in Japan!

The food was great. Also they have some greens and veggies which sounds like no big deal, but Japanese food just doesn't have any veggies other than seaweed and onions. So it's great to see some veggies.

The whole menu is vegan and they have a variety of options to chose from. I got the multi grain rice lunch menu and it was incredible. After eating it, I decided to try the baked dumplings as well and they were great.

You order on a machine that gives you a ticket, with full descriptions in English, which is really nice. Many options and the food was delicious. The restaurant is very cozy.

This place is incredible! Their menu is extensive and all vegan. Flavors are very similar to what I remember having in Taiwan. The owner is kind and sociable and the prices are very reasonable. We loved everything we had and can’t wait to go back again.
