Good portions and healthy and refreshing Menu items - Edit
Cute little place near downtown with a nice outdoor patio. The owner is a true and a die hard vegan and loves to talk. I recommend it for its tasty dishes in great creations.

Unglaublich leckeres, sauberes, abwechslungsreiches und freundliches Restaurant in Tijuana. Am liebsten würde ich 24 Stunden am Tag dort sitzen und einfach nur genießen. Alle Speisen sind handgemacht und kommen ohne Ersatzprodukte aus.

I love this place and will continue to visit when I’m in the area. The potato omelette (hash brown omelette) is phenomenal! Also got a portobello taco, green salad, and pancakes and it was all delicious.

Tury's Vegan omelette - Edit
I like vegan meat burgers. They didn't have that so I wasn't into eating there. But one day i thought I would give it a try. Vegan bacon on the omelette was my fix. Days later i still can't stop thinking about the omelette. It's the only thing I've eaten there so far. It was so filling I couldn't see how sides could be eaten too! Definitely money's worth at 140 pesos. Feel i need to eat that omelette at least once a day. I remember what egg omelettes tasted like and the vegan version is good enough i don't miss the regular egg version. That can stay five years back in the past. Tury's has me covered.

Tury's is new to me and can't wait to go back. Currently serving to-go only. Staff is super friendly and will go over the menu with you. I tried a couple of items during two separate visits and everything was delish. My favorite is the breakfast omelette. Perfect with taste and flavors, and enough to fill me up!

When we arrived it was around 2:30pm. The restaurant was busy but the service was fast and good was very good. We had the garbanzo omelet with warm tortillas, cauliflower ceviche and lentil soup. Cute place.

Delicious and healthy. We came here for breakfast and were thrilled. My wife had the crepes and I had the chilaquiles. Both were good. Try the fusion water as well. Happy to see a vegan place in TJ.

Coming in, I was welcomed with the kindest service. The waiter took time to explain and recommend things to me (but not in a manner as pressuring me to buy something), the atmosphere is very nice with the open cooks where you can see your food freshly but without stress being prepared. I had Mulletes, a kind of Mexican bread with beans, avocados, vegan cheese and other toppings and the combination was just amazing. So much to choose from as well!

The vibe is very nice, you see the open kitchen concept and it feels homey, communicate tables which encourage conversation.
Read moreI started with their aguas frescas (fresh flavored water) chose the mango rosemary which was a good combination.
They recommended a green pozole they had and I didn’t regret having it, it was pretty good. Then I had their cheese burger, made out of beans this burger was pretty good, the sesame bread it had was delicious, as well as the sauce and the “cheese”
The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the food was really good

All vegan restaurant in Tiajuana Mexico! The food is as delicious as it is healthy. So much flavor. Staff are efficient and helpful. They speak English. I had the hash brown omelette with a side of beans and rosemary potatoes. It was delicious and filling. Portions are large so come hungry!

Hash brown omelet was outstanding! Also had yummy garbanzo bean omelet, pancakes, rosemary potatoes, green smoothie. Staff was superb. Open Monday through Saturday.
