I love their spelt bread and just found out that their famous Catalan « coca » is vegan… - Edit
I went several times to Turris to buy their spelt bread which is very good, and today I also found out that their « coca del panadero » (typical Catalan specialty) is also vegan. I had been dying for years to try it, thinking it wasn’t! I wish they had more sweet or salty vegan options though
