Reasonably priced with several vegan options

Venue is more of a pub than a restaurant. Staff were welcoming. My husband had the mushroom and root vegetable pie with chips, peas and green beans which was good. I had the plant burger with soya mince chilli, chips and onion rings. It was quite good, bun a little dry. I would have liked some more salad. Chips were nice.
They had vegan apple pie and ice cream on the menu but we didn’t have time for dessert.

Pros: Several vegan options , Fair price, Friendly staff

Cons: Noisy pub environment

So so food, but good enough in a pinch

I had the vegan lasagne, which was better than it looked. It was nice to find vegan garlic bread as well, although it wasn’t anything special. The side salad was just a bit of kind of tired looking lettuce from a bag, but it was edible. My boyfriend had the imitation meat burger, which he said was fine.

Pros: Options you don’t find everywhere, Reasonable prices, Separate vegan menu

Cons: Food so-so
