no vegan breads

we like coming here since they can make traditional breakfast dishes vegan (eggs, beyond meat, potatoes, waffles, & pancakes). today i ordered the traditional eggs which has a (VA) for vegan available. the english muffin is not vegan so they left it off. i asked what breads are vegan to swap out. they said none. i asked what’s in the sour dough that makes it not vegan, and they said eggs. then said every single one of their breads has eggs (?). so i got vegan eggs, potatoes, and it was $4.75 for adding the sausage. it wasn’t listed anywhere on the menu or on the check, but it was also $3 for making the egg vegan. so it came out to be $16.25 for the dish and i wasn’t able to get bread or toast. unfortunately thats too expensive to make coming here worth it besides for special occasions.
