A perfect meal.
I've traveled to Turkey and I've eaten Turkish food in the US, but somehow "pide" was new too me. Pide reminds me of pizza in the style of the best New Haven CT joints (from my pre-vegan days) except that a pide is shaped as a long crescent rather than a circle or oval. The oven here is so hot that the pides bake almost instantly, and all the toppings caramelize in the most agreeable way. Just the "side" I ordered of roast vegetables could have been a crazy satisfying meal with a side-side order of bread. The Turkish "salsa" meze was spicy and complex and mouth watering.
But my pide was the star of the show.
Don't forget to ask for it with vegan cheese if you're vegan.
I didn't ask if they could veganize some of the other pides.

Incredibly tasty and fresh food, with great vegan options. The leek & spinach pide is to die for and so is the babaganoush. We were in town for a week on holidays and ended up eating here three times - it’s THAT good. Plus, the team is really lovely😄Do not hesitate!
