Best ice cream ever! - Edit
The best ice cream parlour in Palermo. And they have many vegan options. Today they had vegan pistachio ice-cream. It was like a dream come true. I must say that before I went vegan, pistachio was always my choice. And I really missed the flavour. But this vegan pistachio tasted even better than any classic version with milk. It was so incredibly creamy, the colour was perfect, not too sweet. Just perfect! And the people behind the counter are just absolutely lovely. They help you choose the perfect flavour for you.
