Cozy small café - Edit
It is not a specialized vegan café but when I went there, they had a tart and a banana cake for vegans. Also, they had plant milk to put in the coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. I had the tart, and it was delicious! The café is children and pet friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the waitress spoke English. It is quite cozy, but a very nice ambiance.
