BEST VEGAN BANH MÍ IN HANOI - Edit
I live in Hà Nội, the Vegan Banh Mí with the signature mushroom sauce is the best vegan Banh Mí in Hà Nội (imo). I have tried all of the Vegan Banh Mí's I can find and this is by far my favourite as well as being very reasonably priced. They have a great noodle bowl and cold brew coffee too. It's close to Trực Bach Lake and Tran Quoc Pagoda, I often get it delivered too.

The reviews sold us amazing Banh Mi but they are average. The one with mayonnaise can be made without it. The servings are small, for both Banh Mi and Pho and are pretty expensive for Hanoï. Tasty but still a bit disappointing.

Vegetarian with vegan options. Serving Kombucha, Noodles with nuoc mam chay and 3 Banh mi options
For 35k you get a vegan Banh mi with mushrooms, sauce (chilli and pate), pickled vegetables, cucumber, soy curls and mock meat. Bread was cross and still warm from when toasted.
Amazing taste- best in Hanoi / Vietnam for me so far! Loaded with fillings
Happy I went and can’t recommend this place enough.

Hidden away in a beautiful courtyard where you'll feel you are miles away from the busy streets of Hanoi.
Read moreThe Bahn Mi with mushroom sauce was the best we've had in Hanoi (we've been looking all around because we got hooked on Bahn Mi in Hoi an). It had the perfect level of spice as well.
The kombucha was also great. Perfect place to read or relax.

I was surprised you only tried 1 banhmi, and now I understand it's that so you can try as many places as possible to give fair reviews 🤭 The signature banhmi you tried is actually inspired by Hoi An flavors, and we believe it to have a balance mix that no where else is having.
