Meat-first place, with much less veg options.

There are lots of colorful dishes and sauces, two or three veg broths to choose (out of six); there are platters of meat and many different dumplings served on a sushi train-like conveyor. You have to assume they are all meaty, so you'd rather stick to plain vegetables, plain tofu or fried bean curd, plain mushrooms and noodles. You may be fine with that selection, but it feels you're missing out and customers eating meat get much more out of this all-you-can-eat restaurant.

Pros: Fun form: hot pot + sushi train., Some selection of vegetables, tofu and mushrooms.

Cons: Can't tell what contains dairy or meat., Not as great value for vegans or vegetarians.
