Best ramen??? - Edit
I don't know what other reviews are talking about, this is the best ramen ive ever had, and I'm not even vegan. The silky ramen is soooo good, such excellent scallion flavor and a rich broth. I recommend.

I got the vegan ramen and it was ok. The broth was pretty salty, overall I’ve had better but it wasn’t bad.

Okay vegan ramen - Edit
They have two vegan ramens here. I tried the one called the “Vegan Ramen.” The best part of the ramen was the broth. It was a very garlicky broth with good flavor. The toppings were okay but not really exciting. The portion was kind of small too. Not too filling. The vegan ramen scene has improved over the past couple years and I wouldn’t really recommend Tsujita.

There are 2 vegan ramen options here, the silky ramen and the vegan ramen. I had the silky ramen and thought it was decent. The portions are a bit small. The restaurant is nice and is in a somewhat trendy area. It’s worth a try if you’re in the area.

I ordered the two vegan ramen options, including one to eat at the restaurant and the other to take out. It’s ok. I wasn’t a fan of all the salt, or the cheap-seeming noodles used in the broth. YMMV. It’s a nice restaurant, so I’m really sorry to give it a subpar review.

I’ve had better. I had the ramen with bamboo shoots. The noodles come in a plastic package and I can taste the preservatives or chemically taste. Idk what it is exactly, but it’s not great. Long wait for a basic meal.

Fantastic ramen - Edit
I got the vegan ramen and my partner got the silky noodles (vegan). Both were delicious, with the silky noodles being creamier/richer. There is outdoor seating. Excellent service.
