No vegan options

Went here and the only thing vegan was the falafel and hummus ... nothing else is vegan and the waiter doesn’t speak English . Not worth stopping .

Tasty - just like in Turkey

Small and cosy place, friendly staff and great food - even for vegetarians - we will definitely go there again - I would give 5 stars if there would be more vegan and vegetarian choices

Good food but allows smoking

When we entered, we were relieved and happy to see the warm and relaxing atmosphere of the place. The waiter kindly pointed out the vegetarian and vegan items on the menu. Unfortunately, it wasn't until after we ordered that the folks at the table next to us started smoking. The food was delicious but the fact that they allow smoking means that we won't be back. What a shame.

Fresh and healthy food

I've visited this restaurant twice. The food is fresh and healthy. To me it tastes like home cooking. If you tell them you are vegan/vegetarian when you order they will let you know what is suitable and also they can veganize the bread for you. My favorite item is the spinach pizza. I took a friend here who is interested in vegetarianism and he liked the place a lot. I'll definitely go back.

Pros: Staff understands veganism, Nice decor, Friendly staff

Cons: No dedicated vegan/vegetarian area of the menu

LOVE TRUVA!

I love this place! The staff are amazing and so vegan-friendly. They have plenty of vegan options, all of which are absolutely delicious. I'm a big fan of Turkish food, and honestly this place has the best. The atmosphere is warm, interesting, and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Pros: Great vegan options, Good service, Cool atmosphere

Great food and really accommodating staff!

Eating at this restaurant was such a pleasant experience. The atmosphere was really nice and relaxed, our waiter was super friendly, and he spoke English fluently. Like the other reviewers have mentioned, the staff can easily identify what is/isn't vegan and are willing to modify dishes in order to accommodate your needs. I will definitely drop by the next time I am in the Yokohama area.

Pros: Great food, Kind staff, Beautiful decor

Cons: Small portions, Difficult to get the attention of staff sometimes

I always struggle to find vegetarian option in particular Yokohama area, this one serves meat, but has really nice atmosphere and great falafel and other vegetarian dishes.

Pros: Cosy, Good food, Staff

I went here with two non vegan friends and it was perfect for the three of us: reasonably priced delicious food and a great atmosphere! The staff can speak English and they also have a vegan menu. They even veganized a couple of things for me :)

Pros: Vegan options Veganizable Nice English speaking st

Delicious food & super friendly staff

The restaurant (like many Japanese businesses) is not at street level, but actually one floor below. To find it, exit Yokohama station through the west exit. Turn right and circle around the bus station until you get to the street between Yodobashi camera and TGI Fridays. Take the street between the two and go straight. Cross the small river and you'll see a convenience store on your right (I believe it's a family mart - the area is covered in them!). The restaurant is across from that on the left, in the basement.

Although it just opened up a couple months ago, it already seems to be a big hit. Although it serves meat dishes, there are many vegetarian options and the chef will veganize dishes just for you. The last time I went, we ordered the dips course, and they switched out the yoghurt dip for hummus and even specially baked bread for us as their usual bread isnt vegan. The chef is very well aware of what is or isnt vegan - just remind him of what you cant have and he will be very accommodating. Delicious food (try the spinach pizza thing!) and amazing hospitality - enjoy!! :)

Pros: many dishes can be veganized for you, the staff is so, so, so kind & friendly, convenient location by Yokohama station

Cons: serves meat. a lot of meat.
