I’m so glad there’s an upscale restaurant in Houston with thoughtful vegan options(: I had the cauliflower steak over asparagus and yellow tomato “béarnaise” and cauliflower mash (the mash was the star and so delicious I could eat a bowl-ful on its own🤤), with a side of vegan bolognese with field roast sausage and cashew ricotta, and vanilla cheesecake with raspberry sorbet (I got the petit)

I went with a non-veg friend who enjoyed the same vegan cheesecake I had! *fun fact: even if a drink isn’t on the menu they can make it for you! I got a strawberry lemonade and it was sooo yummy and fresh
I can definitely see myself frequenting here, re-ordering the same items and also trying out their vegan meatballs!
