Cheap, hot, fast, filling

English below👇 横浜駅構内にある『True Soup』に行ってきました。
細長い小さな店で、会計はレジで先に済ませます。

この店の唯一のヴィーガンオプションである『ファーマーズマーケットベジタブル』をスープボウルで頂きました。
楕円形の皿に、まるでカレーのようにご飯とスープが盛られていました。
予想以上に具沢山でボリュームがあり、満足出来ました。

スタッフのヴィーガンに対する認識がまだ薄かったのが残念でしたが、一度試す価値はあると思います。

True Soup is a small chain with three locations. One is at Haneda Airport, one is at Chubu Centrair International Airport, and another is... here in Yokohama! In the basement floor of the Joinus shopping center, to be exact.

They seem to always have at least one kind of vegan soup, Farmer’s Market Vegetable. The staff weren’t able to tell us if the bread was vegan or not, so we got it served with rice in the form of a “soup bowl” for 880 yen.

Honestly, we weren’t expecting much, but we were very pleasantly surprised. It was hearty, filling, and delicious. If you’re looking for a quick, tasty, and cheap meal in Yokohama, this is a great choice.
