Serves meat, vegan options available. The only place in Haneda Airport's international terminal with a clearly marked vegan option. Vegan minestrone soup, vegetarian mushroom soup, and the baguette is at least vegetarian, as should be one of the sandwiches. Adjacent to Bar Rage, which also has a few vegetarian items. Open Mon-Sun 12:00am-12:00am. 24 hours.

Vegan minestrone at Haneda Airport - Edit
Checked HappyCow when waiting for my flight.
Found True Soup as only possibility for getting something vegan. Asked the staff - yes the minestrone is the only vegan dish on the menu.
Not really tasty, but better than nothing.
