Wow! So many Flys - Edit
I used to enjoy coming to North Lime Coffee & Donuts for their vegan options, which are hard to find in Louisville. Unfortunately, my recent visit was extremely disappointing and honestly disgusting. The place was noticeably dirty — again — and this time it was much worse. There were over 20 flies all over the donuts, and several more flying around the shop. It was completely unsanitary.
Read moreI politely brought this to the attention of the staff member on duty, but she ignored me and gave off a rude, dismissive attitude. That kind of response, combined with the visible health concerns, made it an easy decision to walk out without buying anything.
Really unfortunate experience. I won’t be returning unless there’s a serious improvement in cleanliness and customer service.
