This place is a great local find in Carbondale. With a selection of teas, smoothies, baked goods, daily soup, and greens. Enjoy the peaceful ambiance with a pot of tea and a nourishing meal. Afterwards, check out the mindfulness garden behind the building or one of the many classes, workshops, and spa services True Nature offers. The cafe includes a gift shop with herbal medicines, crystals, and more.

Really good food..little pricey - Edit
Started with a chia latte,...the best ever. Followed by potato leek soup, incredibly flavorful, then a mushroom wild rice salad, creative and yummy. Finished it all off with a oatmeal jam bar.
