Excellent food and service - Edit
Waiter was friendly and knowledgeable. We were told we could modify non vegan menu options, but to make it easier, we were also given a separate vegan menu. Food was delicious.

Hubby and I had lunch here yesterday. We ordered the double cheeseburger with a side of sweet potatoes, and Brussel Sprouts! The brussel sprouts were so delicious and full of flavor! The double cheeseburger was tasty .. maybe a little too much on the spicy side, but still delicious! Even though it was a double patty burger… It was not overwhelming as the patties were thin , Thank goodness!

Nice place to eat while shopping at the mall - Edit
This definitely seems to be a more health-conscious eatery, but the food is still quite flavorful. My husband and I especially enjoyed the Edamame Guacamole appetizer. The vegan bowls were pretty tasty too and used nutritious ingredients. The portions were generous and I even had some leftovers.
Read moreHowever, it was crazy busy when we went on a Wednesday afternoon, so I imagine weekends and peak times are even worse. It was very crowded and loud inside.
I probably wouldn't make the trip just to eat here if I weren't already shopping at the mall, but it is a pretty solid option when you're there.

Relaxing spot, tasty, healthy - Edit
Vegan Double Cheeseburger is outstanding, and the Kale Salad is tasty. Ancient Grain Bowl plus Organic Tofu is also good. All of the ingredients are healthy, but the meals are prepared with a moderate amount of oil. The interior of the restaurant is clean with a minimalist design. The location is aesthetically pleasing with outdoor seating that provides a good view of the surroundings.
