Portions are small - Edit
I enjoyed a Korean noodle bowl that was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. However, I found the portion size to be on the smaller side, especially given the $5 charge for added protein—in my case, tofu. I expected a more generous serving but only received a handful of tofu cubes. Despite this, the ambiance was pleasant, with a bright and clean setting that enhanced the overall dining experience.

Good food but… - Edit
We got here maybe 30 minutes after opening, so there wasn’t that many people. My friend ordered the Mediterranean wrap and me and my mom decided to split the vegan pizza and get a couple of appetizers. 20 minutes later the waiter comes to tell us we can’t order the pizza because the mushroom weren’t prepped. So we were like okay and ordered something different. My ordered pancakes and he said she could get them for free due to the struggle. While we were waiting, I noticed that they people next to me were served the pizza that me and my mom wanted. And they only got here like less that 10 minutes after we did. My friend was given the wrap and opened it and found chicken inside. She called over the waiter and asked if it was chicken and he’s like yes, you got the Mediterranean chicken wrap. (Which isn’t even on the menu lol). They got sorted and we were finally delivered the food. The vegan burger I ordered was pretty good and the side of potatoes were amazing. We were just finishing up when the waiter stopped by and car us our bill and said that our pizza would be out shortly. We were confused and irritated because we were ina bit of rush. We were like we don’t want the pizza anymore, you came and made us order other things? So he went and removed it and came back with the new bill. Pancakes were indeed not free anymore lol. Just expected more for a place like this, especially considering the prices. But oh well. Regretfully have to give this 1 stars.

The Vegan bartender helped me pick some vegan items and also suggested some “veganized” options which we did for the pumpkin pesto pasta dish - removed the cheese and voila!

True Food Kitchen: Great Food, Service Lapses - Edit
I’ve been to True Food Kitchen twice, and the food was consistently excellent with clear vegan options. While the vegan choices were somewhat limited, they were undeniably delicious. On my first visit, we were seated at the bar, and I ordered their burger, which was outstanding.
Read moreHowever, on my second visit, the service left much to be desired. The waiter repeatedly informed me that the drink I initially requested was unavailable, and he continued to do so each time I made an alternative choice. When I asked for a drink without citrus fruits due to allergies, I was served a drink with citrus despite being assured it wasn’t present. It was only when I pointed it out that the waiter admitted he hadn’t been informed by the bartender, and I eventually received a different drink. While it was supposed to be peach-flavored, I received yet another variation.
What’s more, a bottle of wine was brought to the table and glasses were filled without offering a taste or showing the bottle label. It was evident that the server was not particularly interested in a generous tip, as he avoided me after the incident. The food was consistently good on both occasions, but the service experience could certainly benefit from some improvements.

Staff were knowledgeable about the vegan options, they have some veggie options that can be made vegan. We tried the edamame & avo hummus which was great. We also ordered the double vegan burger and the Korean noodle bowl.

Delicious Korean Noodle Bowl - Edit
I had had enough of oily and fried food and this was the perfect restaurant. I got the Korean noodle bowl which was delicious and light. The waiter was also very friendly and the restaurant is cute and not too loud. Would absolutely recommend.

Bf and I each had the ancient grains bowl with tofu and it was the bomb. Really delicious and filling. Fresh, flavorful, and healthy. What else could you ask for? Can’t wait to come back and try something else. Great wait staff too. Friendly and attentive. Price wasn’t bad either for the quality.

Delighted to have chosen True Food Kitchen for our first night in Vegas. Several vegan options, friendly and knowledgeable staff, open airy feel to the restaurant. Roasted Brussel sprouts, quinoa bowl with tofu, butternut squash pizza, fresh juices, desserts of squash pie (amazing!) and cookies & ice cream… it doesn’t get much better than this.

Wonderful farm to table - Edit
I love their green, plant-filled vibes. They say they’re a seasonal, farm-to-table, scratch kitchen… “true food”, if you will. If only they were fully vegan!!! But their options are lovely. And honestly, might be the best pizza I’ve ever had.
