A must-visit!! - Edit

I had the pleasure of trying their ice cream over the summer and it was definitely some of the best vegan ice cream I’ve had 😍 almost everything can be veganized. Lots of unique flavors too.

Great ice cream - Edit

Found the ice cream truck right as they were opening at 4 pm. Great coconut based ice cream made to order. The only downside is they appear to make all the ice cream on the same anti-griddle so I was glad we were their first customers. From what I could see there was a possibility of cross contamination if dairy ice cream was made before yours.

Yum! - Edit

Was so happy to see almost all of their ice creams were able to be made vegan with coconut cream / minor substitutions. They make it all in front of you! We visited the truck and not a permanent location. It was parked on a side street downtown (check their Instagram for location). It was definitely a bit expensive (20 bucks for two) but it was worth it for a special treat on vacation! Very happy 😄

Pros: Lots of vegan options , Unique experience

Great experience! - Edit

Amazing and delicious experience! They put all the ingredients on a cold plate, mix them all together with metal spatulas, flattening it on the plate and they scrape it up creating rolls of ice cream (coconut cream). The flavours are out of this world. I would suggest them to have a 1/2 size or special price to split the pot with a friend. It was really big and really expensive. However, it was worth the experience. They are also really eco conscious and use wooden spoons and biodegradable containers.

Wonderful Staff and Food - Edit

I've never had a bad experience at Truckinroll, super friendly and knowledgeable about their products. It's clear the owners put a lot of care into sourcing products and ingredients.

Pros: Every single flavour can be made vegan!
