I had a Thai chicken bowl, and substituted at the chicken for a plant-based protein. It appeared to be some type of texture vegetable protein. It was actually pretty good. I got it as a combo with a green detox smoothie for about $15. Two complaints I have are there was a piece of shredded cheddar cheese that made its way into my dish, which I noticed, but makes me wonder if there were others I did not notice. Why are they still using Styrofoam cups to serve their smoothies in?!
