Read moreOgni volta che veniamo proviamo a qualcosa di nuovo e devo dire che supera sempre le aspettative! Sapori autentici, nel rispetto della nostra tradizione fiorentina ma soprattutto nel rispetto del pianeta! Tutto interamente vegano, senza plastica e addirittura con la possibilità di vuoto a rendere per acqua e vino! I ragazzi poi sono sempre gentili e sorridenti!
Che dire, una esperienza speciale con panini volanti e soprattutto GUSTOSI. Bravi!!!

Che devo dire Tan8 è una garanzia, già solo quando ti saluta dal terrazzino ripaga della strada fatta per arrivare sulla location, poi quando addenti i suoi spettacolari panini, ti rendi conto di quanto ci abbiano studiato, un’esplosione di sapori, una meraviglia che consiglio di assaggiare a tutti, vagano, vegetariani, onnivori, carnivori ecc. almeno una volta nella vita ( per ma sarà anche più di una volta 😂) quella/e delizie, ragazzi continuate cosi, avete intrapreso la strada giusta.

We loved everything about this place, their sandwiches were super tasty and flavorful (they're mostly mushroom based) and it's such a fun experience to have your food delivered from a balcony. Also the two chefs were very friendly and we didn't have to wait long for the food. If you want to get you food even faster, you can order online in advance and set a time to pick it up. One thing to know though: there's no seats available, just two small tables to stand at - so it's perfect for takeaway. :)

During my bike ride, I deviated on purpose from my original route to pass by Firenze and test the inventions of this place. Totally worth! I ate two of their sandwiches and I can only say that I'm sorry I couldn't test them all. I wish I lived in the neighborhood to go there more often. I got the Tan8 and S-Guanciale. I planned to try both and save half for later, but I started on the S-Guanciale and couldn't stop. It's like a stew in a bread bowl that you eat like a sandwich. So pleasingly spiced without overwhelming the flavors of the vegetables. The mix of textures of the filling inside the chewy, crusty bread was a perfect complement.
