Phenomenal Spot in Middleton

Trio Ramen has it all - clearly marked vegan options, friendly and efficient staff, a nice clean dining room and a convenient location.

They have vegetarian broth and a fully vegan ramen, a huge delicious vegan donburi bowl and vegan Mapo Tofu (made with beans instead of beef). This is one of my favorite spots in the Madison area and is quick (
