Several vegan options nowadays!! - Edit
I’ve been coming to this place for years and they’ve now added proper, thoughtful vegan options! Several of them. And dessert too! It’s a great spot in general - location, vibes, local, quality, excellent service, so many pros. The addition of these clearly labeled, wonderful vegan options makes it an EASY spot to enjoy a full meal!

Excellent Vegan Options - Edit
I have been going to Trevor’s at the Tracks for years and their atmosphere is fun and the food quality is consistently great! I love the clearly marked Vegan Options (they change periodically so you won’t get bored) which are beautifully crafted. They take pride in the food presentation which I love. I always bring my vegan and non vegan friends and family because there is something for everyone at Trevor’s.

Kind of expensive but they had 4 vegan choices. I chose the soba noodles. The tofu was prepared perfectly, something omni restaurants don't often do well.

2 regular sized tostada's with avocado, jackfruit, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, lettuce, vegan sour cream. It was delicious and filling.

Went here not expecting much but I was mistaken. The staff was extremely accommodating when I had to change seats a couple times and were very kind in explaining all of their vegan dishes. The flautas were so incredible; I had no idea a non-vegan restaurant could make such good vegan food. On top of that, there were other great vegan options such as vegetable curry and chips & guac. My favorite part, however, was the vegan dessert. Amazing! I rarely see vegan dessert at non-vegan restaurants and it truly delivered. I will be back.

Atmosphere of this place is like no other! Sit at the back of the restaurant and you get to enjoy a passing train or two during your meal.
Read moreThere are identified vegan options on the menu but based on the reviews on HappyCow I actually expected more. Surprisingly a vegan burger wasn’t one of them. As part of their “Arrivals” (Starters) they offer “Flautas Veganas”, which are a Guajillo-spiced jackfruit fried in a flour tortilla with added side of smashed avocado and pico de gallo. They offer three as a part of the Arrival but an extra can be added for a more full meal, which is what I settled on.
Great presentation of the meal but the flavor of the jackfruit was masked by the fried flour tortilla. The avocado and pico de gallo were the plus for this meal because without them the flautas would really be just so-so. Glad I had them but I won’t order them again.

Amazing vegan options - Edit
The vegan options at Trevor's at the Tracks never cease to amaze me. Being the only vegan member in my family this is a great place for us to dine where I know they will always have vegan options and they will always be delicious.

Excellent for plant-based eaters - Edit
I had an excellent experience at this restaurant on a Saturday night. First restaurant I have been to with multiple vegan options. I actually had a difficult time deciding. Staff was very attentive and respectful. The outdoor patio is a great spot, for drinks and live music. Bar and food is excellent, but costly.
