Limited but delicious vegan options, great setting - Edit
Trentham Estate Winery has a lovely spot on the Murray River outside Mildura. The menu at the Winery’s restaurant is meat-centric but has four items that can be made vegan on request: one starter, one main dish, and two sides. The starter, an eggplant tart, is almost worth the trip in itself. The main dish (a “vegetable and mushroom stack”) wasn’t available on our visit because the kitchen was closing as we arrived at 2:10pm, so we got eggplant tarts plus a side of seasonal veggies (broccoli, asparagus, and carrots) and a bowl of chips (fries). Service from the manager was impeccable.
