Dumpling place was ok - Edit
As a dumpling enthusiast this place is overly hyped in my opinion. I’ve had my share of dumplings from NYC to China so my review is based on past dumpling experiences. The hand pulled noodles are made in house and you can see them making them when at the restaurant. It is nice to get fresh made noodles however the sauce/oil these came in was a bit underwhelming and lacking in flavor. The vegetable bao and dumplings both had the same spinach fillings and was ok. Perhaps it was missing garlic and ginger flavors?? Also the sauces that came with the dumplings seemed like a simple soy sauce again lacking in flavors.
