Serves meat, vegan options available. Traditional and modern French cuisine using local ingredients. Lunch is a buffet with one vegetarian option. Dinner is a la carte where a few of the vegetarian dishes are also vegan. Best to call ahead to ask for vegan meal.

modern traditional French food - Edit
Nice restaurant with a focus on traditional French food, using local fresh ingredients and vegetarian food. Lots of dishes happen to be vegan too but best to call ahead and specify if you are vegan as they will probably prepare extra options for you to choose from.
We had a la carte as we went for dinner and everything was delicious, nicely presented, and original. The owner is very nice. Next time we will have to try the lunch buffet as it has a vegetarian option with lots of dishes being vegan too. The best vegan friendly i have found so far in Dijon. I Will definitely be back.
