Not great - Edit
Oat milk for drinks and token vegan menu but poor quality and over priced. Only allow dogs in conservatory which rarely has seats available.

A vegan lunch in a lovely country park - Edit
very lovely setting, with good prices and a decent offer of vegan food for being in Midlothian. I had a fantastic sweet potatoes and chili soup with a roll and a great capuccino with oat milk. They also offer the option to takeaway all their food... Portions are also reasonable for a cafe.
Read moreI was very happy with what I had: not too long ago this cafe didn't have anything vegan. Vegans of Midlothian and surroundings: please help raising the demand for delicious food that it's all plant based!
Pros: Good number of vegan options, the setting: in the middle of a Country Park, good portions
Cons: no freshly baked cakes without eggs or dairy
