Lovely little cafe, cute happy and cheerful - Edit
The vegan options here are fairly good. Limited but good. For breakfast the musli is great (ask for soy milk) and the bread roll with marmalade is also great (ask for no butter). The vegetarian steamed rice is also not too bad (ask for no egg - be persistent about no egg). The cappuccino was AMAZING. And the tree hugger salad was really nice (already vegan). It is a nice place to sit and close to the water. Very friendly staff and overall a very cheerful place to eat.

Cute place, you can't find more veg options in any other restaurant in Dong Hoi. We ate there like 4 times
