Serves meat, vegan options available. Lively restaurant that has a tree growing inside of it. Offers Thai Green Curry, but the naan bread is not vegan friendly. The Tree House veggie burger is also vegan. Open Mon-Tue 8:00am-3:00pm, Wed-Sun 8:00am-8:00pm.

Very yummy food with charming atmosphere - Edit
I don't know why the two previous reviews were so poor. I had a wonderful dish of butternut squash stew with kidney beans in a spiced tomato sauce. The server was very attentive to my request that it be prepared vegan which just meant subbing corn tortillas instead of naan. There are not a LOT of vegan options, but there are several.

More for atmosphere than the food - Edit
Can only speak from the vegan dishes we had, but they were OKAY. nothing we would go back for. The atmosphere is really nice, quaint location near the harbor. They have live music nightly. Maybe go for the atmosphere, not for the food

Nice atmosphere, cool tree house, but limited vegan options - Edit
Disappointed with this place. The tree house is a nice gimmick but vegan options are mostly salads. Only two hot dishes that are vegetarian that can be made vegan: quinoa bowl and veggie burger. The Thai Green Curry is not vegan because it has fish sauce. The vegan option of the veggie burger is simply by removing the cheese and sauce. Come on, that's such a lack of efforts, especially on an island where it's known to have lots of vegans. I ordered it anyway because I was curious about their house vegan patty. It was ok, but it was dyed pinkish to imitate the bloody look which might turn some people off. The burger as a whole was a bit dry and bland (because no sauce!). I ended up piling on some hummus that my partner ordered. The hot apple cider, however, was very tasty and redeemed the place by just a little. All together, the meal was $45 CAD for a burger, hummus appetizer, and apple cider. I feel it's too steep for the value but hey, that's what you get in a tourist town.
