Unfortunately they were out of the Gardein chicken for the parm dish so I settled for the eggplant which was good, especially because they added vegan mozzarella on top. Nice to have a “normal” dining experience with the Omni family.

There were at least two vegan options (pizza and chickn parm). The chickn parm was really good but I feel weird paying $25 for two gardein Patties and some vegetables. I appreciate the option though so I can’t really complain!

Great option on the strip - Edit
My son and I are vegan, visiting Las Vegas. We're near the Venetian, so opted for a close meal our first night. He ate the Vegan Margherita Pizza and I the Vegan Parmagiana. Both were delicious. The bruschetta may be vegan, but wasn't clearly labeled so we didn't order. Although options are few, they are standard Italian options allowing us to enjoy a night out. Meal for 2 (with 1 glass of wine) was $77. Forgot how expensive Vegas is!

It's Gardein. You've had it at home because it's $4.99 in the freezer section on sale but here it's $20 dollars. But hey, it's the strip and you can't criticize this place without criticizing the entire strip, right?
