Great choice - Edit
Small but really lovely restaurant in the middle of old town. Not vegan, but has several vegan meals and the staff is very nice. I had a vegan gnocchi with pesto and almond chips and I loved it. As a side nice small salad.

Vegan offerings in Alghero - Edit
Portion of the menu is vegan, offering 3 dishes. We had the eggplant and gnocchi, both just ok. May return for the burger depending on other options we find in Alghero.

They have a vegan section on the menu and we chose the bruschetta, gnocchi, and fried eggplant balls. All was really good! Staff was amazing, definitely a place we recommend

Ciertamente tiene tres platos veganos en la carta, lo cual es de agradecer, y son contundentes: con uno solo de ellos te quedas satisfecho. Sin embargo, las berenjenas, que vienen en una especie de croqueta, saben más a patata que a berenjena, y la hamburguesa, que al parecer a tes venía con patatas de guarnición, ahora no las trae. Eso sí, es gigantesca y no las necesita... pero queda como un poco pobre solo con la salsa de tomate por encima. Supongo que antes improvisaban algo con los alimentos de temporada, ahora los platos están predeterminados en la carta.

This place is a bit more of a fancy restaurant and was extremely busy at all times. The food was fantastically presented and the flavours were incredible. Instead of cheese they used crushed almonds on top on the gnocchi.

A real gem with awesome food - Edit
We are so impressed - the staff are so friendly, although they have great vegan options the chef delighted in making us some vegan pasta not on the menu (see pic) also served complimentary Sardinian sweet wine at the end of the meal - the setting is awesome and seeing the chefs cook is refreshing - highly recommended and commended!! Try the Italian roast potatoes too - yummy 😋
