While the menu is small, they do have a section explicitly labeled as vegetarian/vegan with a note about asking the server to make any vegetarian roll vegan. And the options they do have are a sincere attempt to be creative and interesting—no plain ol’ cucumber or avocado rolls here! Plus, it’s tasty! For an area with limited vegan options, I really appreciate the effort here.
