i love u, trader joe’s - Edit
i’ve always loved trader joe’s, even before becoming vegan! i love the atmosphere and the fact that they have so many options you wouldn’t be able to find anywhere else. i don’t think there’s one thing i would say not to get, simply because of how good it is! their prices are also pretty reasonable for vegan groceries. :)

Tons of Vegan Options - Edit
When I finally made the decision to eat a Plant Based Diet, TJs was my first stop. It not only has a wide variety of Whole Foods, but also allowed me to have those items that were quick to make when I didn’t have a ton of time. It really is a treat to have one in town. Only wish is that it was larger.

Smallish store with lots of neat stuff. They have vegan specific options and tons of veggies!

My favorite grocery store - Edit
I absolutely love Trader Joe’s. They have so many clearly labeled vegan options, the staff are fun and friendly, and the prices are reasonable. The original hummus is creamier than other kinds you can find in stores which I love. They have soyrizo and organic tempeh that I use regularly. If you do frozen meals they have some that I really like too and they are kept close together so they’re easy to find. TJ’s carries Miyokos butter and unlox your dreams cream cheese. Lots of frozen/fresh fruits and veggies for smoothies. They have a list of vegan items you can ask for from any of the staff. They keep fresh flowers, too. In short, start going to Trader Joe’s!

The Knoxville Trader Joe's has lots of veg friendly options, especially in a meat and potatoes town. Staff is friendly and food is well priced, especially for the quality.
