Vegan Menu for Thursday and Friday Dinner at Tradewinds in Esperenza - Edit
Excellent vegan fare from creamy cashew pasta to veggie sub sandwich with greens and chips. Or the grilled cheese with apple slices. I will definitely be returning to sample Brittany and Emma’s varied menus on Thursdays and Fridays at Tradewinds.

This review is for the pop up restaurant, Cocina Verde Vieques, which is at Trade Winds on Thursday and Fridays as of July 2024. Not everything is vegan at this pop up, but what we had was 👌🏼. They also have a website where you can order all-vegan cheeses, seitan sausage and other delicious-looking items. We enjoyed the baba ganoush app and the creamy cashew pasta, which was plenty for us to split. Got the Asian Veggie stir fry to go. The highlight of the meal had to be the decadent flourless chocolate cake. I cant even put into words how good this dessert was— probably the best vegan dessert I’ve had in years. Not even kidding. If you’re in town on a Thursday or Friday, please go. Would have given 5 stars, but happy cow won’t let me as Trade Winds is not fully vegan/vegetarian.
