Easy Ordering And Clearly Labelled

Eating in Martina Franca is HARD. After lots of Pomodoro pasta and marinara pizzas, I found this sushi spot within the historical centre of the town. 
I ordered cucumber and avocado hosomaki sushi and they have one labelled vegan sushi that contains avocado, seaweed, and cucumber. They also have vegetable tempura, spring rolls and dumplings. They label their allergens, including fish, eggs, milk and gluten on the menu.
It was very good quality, obviously it would be nicer if there was more elevated vegan dishes however for all you can eat sushi in somewhere that’s very hard to eat vegan food I was very happy!

Please note: if you are sensitive to seeing any animal products displayed they do have a sushi bar that has cut pieces of fish that is visible to people sitting inside.
There are NO live animals or full carcasses on display I.e. lobster and crab.

Pros: Vegan options, All you can eat! , Lovely Staff

Cons: Not the most creative , Fish
