Fabulous vegan fine dining in Noord-Holland Noord! - Edit
Been twice this year, onces even on a very short notice and got fabulous vegan menus both time. Pictures of the food of the last visit included (June 2023). Staff is great, in summer time you can sit outside on a nice terrace. Vegan wine pairing partially possible, otherwise they'll suggest a different drink to go with the food - also excellent! Pricing is decent considering the level and quality of the food.

High standard vegan menu - Edit
I made a reservation and asked for a vegan menu, it was not a problem. When I was there, I was asked if there were other things I didn't like or had allergies. I ate a four course dinner. Every course felt like a real dish, not ‘just some vegetables’. Multiple new flavors. I loved it!
