A rare gem, this is a store run by an enthusiastic family of professionals (each employee know the assortment) and owners provide knowledgeable advice both on ingredients and recipes. All the basics needed for vegetarian or vegan cooking (and cleaning/beauty) are there and much more! They regularly introduce new stuff and supply from regional producers and artisans. Assortment is focused on seasonal, local and sustainable. Customers are welcomed, bags filled for you and cashier handled promptly. Altogether a rare pleasurable shopping experience and a weekly source of inspiration.
